Work Out Schedule For Men

I just joined the gym for the first time in years. Previously I’ve been doing Pilates from the comfort of my home. I however over indulged during the holidays and added 2 Kgs which I need to shed together with the 5 Kgs I was supposed to loose last year. Gym is no longer an option but necessity. I have worked out since I was in college and I have to admit the most difficult thing is the ability to maintain consistency in one’s work out regime. People tend to get bored or burn out. So how can you create a work out regime that will work for you in the long run? Here are a few tips that I’ve learned from my experience, others’ experiences and fitness trainers.

Most of the time people No gym needed sorely to loose wait and as soon as they begin seeing results they loose the motivation to put in as much effort as they did when they first began. If you want to loose weight, create an initial plan that will most likely be more aggressive and once you achieve your optimum weight, create a new plan that will help you sustain your optimum weight. A long term plan should be moderate and that is why most physical fitness experts advice that at least 3 days of exercise for a duration of 30 min to an hour in each session, is good enough. If you have the energy, drive and time to work out 5 to 6 days a week, that is fine too.

Most of the time people quit on their work out regime because they started with too much psych and suffered burn out too soon. Take it in small strides. If it’s jogging start with a kilometer or and add a kilometer every workout methods week or every few days after that. This way you give your body time to adjust accordingly without burning out.

When you start thinking good about yourself for any little bit of exercise that you do, you start to want to exercise more. You start to get work out motivation. You start to change the way you think about working out. You start to think that working out may not be that bad after all.

It would definitely help you to know a little about anatomy and what muscles are where. This way, you will be far better equipped to give your muscles the best workout possible. You are then able to focus on a specific muscle group for maximum results.

If you’ve got a family and the idea of selling your car isn’t feasible, just do the best you can, in the spirit of this method. Have your spouse drop you off at work. Then run home. If you live too far to run or walk, take public transportation part of the way. And cover the rest on foot or bike.

Use this approach 4 to 5 times per week during your workouts. You’ll build an awesome level of strength, endurance, and mental power. Also: it’s such a brutally tough technique, you can bet that most of your competition isn’t doing it. This will separate you from them.

It’s these kind of thoughts that subliminal messaging puts in your head. It’s these kind of thoughts that help you get up and start doing something physical. It’s these kind of thoughts that help with work out motivation.
